Damaged Items: If your ceramic item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, we will need clear photos of the damage and the packaging it arrived in. Once we verify the damage, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Structural or Cracking Issues: If your item experiences any cracking or structural issues within 6 months of your purchase, and the damage is due to a fault in the craftsmanship (not caused by misuse or accidents), we will provide a replacement. Please contact us with photos and details of the issue, and we will guide you through the replacement process.

Non-refundable Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or items that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., drops, temperature extremes, etc.).
